Bastardo Wines

Bastardo or Trousseau is a dark-skinned red wine grape variety from Jura, northeastern France which is also cultivated in northwestern Spain and parts of Portugal. Bastardo wines usually have a deep cherry-red color, a good structure, and generous flavours of blackberries and forest fruits. They also tend to be high in alcohol.
