Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyard dates back to the 14th century and it is located in the Rhone Valley wine region. Back then, the domain used to be the summer residence of the Pope who then settled in Avignon. Nowadays Domaine de la Côte de l’Ange still preserves the winery’s winemaking old traditions and produces top quality Rhone wines using the three key varieties: Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah.
