Elyse Winery offers a unique combination in Napa Valley both with soil and climate. The soil is sedimentary in origin, gravelly alluvial earth with rock and the cool climate is influenced by the Yountville Mounts allowing the grapes to develop distinct flavors and mirror the local “terroir.”
