Encruzado Wines

Encruzado is a white wine grape varietal from Portugal mainly cultivated in the Dão wine region. Encruzado wines are usually full-bodied with rich notes of lemon, woody herbs, stone fruit and melon followed by hints of flowers. The wines also reveal great balance in sugar and acidity levels and have good aging potential. Barrel maturation adds more flavours such as nuts and toast to the character of the wine.
