Journey’s End is a family owned winery and vineyard from Stellenbosch wine region in South Africa. The winery focuses more on producing good quality wines rather than quantity since we are talking about a handful of premium, hand-crafted wines. Their philosophy is one of minimum intervention and to create wines that truly reflect the terroir it came from. Stellenbosch Wines

Stellenbosch is the most famous wine region in South Africa and is home to the country’s most famous wine estates. Stellenbosch is also notable for being the birthplace of Pinotage (a crossing of Pinot Noir and Cinsaut). South African wines from Stellenbosch are mostly known for their Cabernet Sauvignon which is often mixed with Merlot to recreate Bordeaux Blend wines. Shiraz (Syrah) Wines

Syrah is a dark-skinned grape variety originating from Rhône Valley, France. In Australia the variety gained a distinct personality and is known as Shiraz. Syrah wines are famous around the world for their peppery earthy notes alongside hints of blackcurrant, licorice, tanned leather and smoky scents. The best authentic Syrah red wines are to be found in the northern part of the Rhône Valley followed by some excellent examples from California, Oregon in the US and Australia.
