Marques De Monistrol
Marques de Monistrol is a winery from the Catalonia wine region in Spain famous for its production of good quality Cava sparkling wines. Cava was first created in 1870 by Josep Raventos after he came back to Catalonia from his journey in France. The main grape varieties used to produce Marques de Monistrol cava are Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo. Antonio Olivé is “El Maestro” behind Monistrol wines and his Spanish sparkling rosés still dominate the international market.
