Jansz

Jansz is a very prestigious winery from Tasmania specialised in crafting luxury sparkling wines made in the Traditional Method. It has been owned by the Hill-Smith family since 1998 and its name “Jansz” is an homage paid to Abel Janszoon Tasman who first discovered the island in 1642. Jansz wines are mirroring France’s famous champagne and it is exclusively produced with high quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
