Furmint Wines

Furmint is a very famous white grape variety from Hungary. Indigenous to the Tokaj region, Furmint produces best quality Sweet Tokaji wines. Its exceptional acidity gives white Hungarian wines incredible longevity. Furmint grapes are very susceptible to botrytis and are naturally high in sugar so when blended with Harslevelu and Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains it creates some of the most complex and long living wines.
