Francois Secondé is a renowned winery from the Sillery wine region in Champagne- France famously known for the unic title given to its champagne: Sillery. The winery owns 5 hectares of vineyards which exclusively cultivates grape varieties to produce delicious Grand Cru Sillery champagne. Back in 1970 young Francois Secondé dropped out of school to become an apprentice at a winery. In 1976 he rented his first hectares and with his wife he began his champagne journey.

The designation ‘Appellation d’origine contrôlée’ (AOC) Champagne is exclusively reserved for sparkling wines produced in this particular viticultural area, using methods strictly defined by law.
