Mount Rozier is a boutique winery and vineyard located in Stellenbosch wine region in Western Cape- South Africa. The winery’s philosophy is to intervene as little as possible in the winemaking process and to create top quality wines that mirror the terroir and its unique expression. Mount Rozier wines are complex with savoury flavours and minerality and are usually created with grape varieties such as Syrah, Merlot, Cinsault, Pinot Noir, Pinotage, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
