Stellenbosch Wines

Stellenbosch is the most famous wine region in South Africa and is home to the country’s most famous wine estates. Stellenbosch is also notable for being the birthplace of Pinotage (a crossing of Pinot Noir and Cinsaut). South African wines from Stellenbosch are mostly known for their Cabernet Sauvignon which is often mixed with Merlot to recreate Bordeaux Blend wines.
