Poderi dal Nespoli is a family owned winery located in Emilia Romagna, Italy. The winery was founded in 1929 by the Ravaioli family. Nowadays this unique winery produces great quality wines from the classic Italian varieties, Sangiovese and Trebbianoo alongside some international names such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. They apply both traditional and modern winemaking techniques and the wines perfectly reveal the best of the terroir and the winemakers' great talent.

Pinot Blanc is a white wine grape variety that some say to be originated from Burgundy. This grape variety is one of the lesser known varieties to be permitted in Champagne blend along with Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Pinot Blanc wines are mostly to be found in Alsace in France, Alto Adige in Italy (Pinot Bianco) and other parts of Germany and Austria. The variety produces medium to full bodied wines with pleasant acidity and good oaking potential.
